Granny sends a surprise!!!

Wes got a big surprise on the day of Wyatt’s shower. Granny had Joe bring down Pa’s Massy Ferguson for us to use. This is a huge blessing. We have been dying to clear more of our property and a tractor was just what we needed. Wes has already put in a lot of tractor hours. If Zac goes missing all we have to do is look out at the tractor and there he will be, just sitting. I think he sat on it by himself for at least an hour on the first day that we had it. Thanks Granny and Joe!!!

Basketball, baseball, football... and a shower for Wyatt!

My sister-in-laws Betsy and Hester along with my good friends Melanie, Tina, and Brooke put on a wonderful baby shower for us on Saturday, August 2nd at our home. Unfortunately at the moment I don't have a lot of pictures to post for you, but more will come later. Betsy came up with the idea of a sports themed shower to go along with Wyatt's room. Betsy's twin Becky even helped come up with cool shower games like "Kasey at Bat"(that was a hoot) and "Pass the Pacifier". Credit for the cakes goes to Tina Cardoza! The whole Hollington gang was present: Mom, Jenny, Jake, Hester, Abbie, Winter, Justin, Granny, Joe, Robin, Sharon, Jason, Betsy, Wil, Stacey,Courtney, Tina, Aubriyah, Cliff, Heather, Becky and Camden. My mom and grandma were also there. Friends that attended included: Melanie with kids Brandon and Sydney, Tina & Cory with kids Justin and Jacob, Jackie High, Haley High (Mommy 2 be), Brooke Roland, Jessica Stubbs, Teena Ketchum, Joanna Colvin, and Kristel with fiance James. Divida stopped by before the party and after the party we were showered with more gifts from friends Kristi Keith and Krista Millender. I would like to thank my friends at work for throwing me an early shower back in May. Joanna, Teena, Melanie, Teresa, and Shelby Williams brought in food and lots of nice things for baby and me!! They are awesome people to work with. Wyatt's Aunt Jenny aka T-T spent a lot of time making special shirts for Wyatt to wear in the hospital. They were adorable. One had a baseball on the front and on the back it says "Big Hitter". Thanks to everyone! We are blessed to have so many caring and loving friends and family. Having you all around makes this time even more special than it already is. Wyatt will soon find out just how lucky he is. FYI, I feel like I'm caring a linebacker at this point. We shall soon find out. Also to read captions scroll your mouse over each picture and the slide show will pause and show a small caption to read. Simply move your mouse away from the show and it will continue.
