Wyatt tries sweet potatoes!

Wyatt is now five months old (as of March 10)! We tried multiple times to get him to eat baby cereal and he wouldn't have it, so we ende up putting it in his bottle (yeah, yeah I know the doc says not to). This weekend we gave him sweet potatoes (yeah, yeah I know the doc says wait til 6 months) and he seemed to tolerate them. He's a growing boy! We also scored big at two yard sales and found him some cool toys! We only spent $6!

Wyatt's World!

La-la-la-la Wyatt's world! La-la-la-la Wyatt's world! Wyatt is really hitting milestones! He sits so well in his Bumbo, he rolls over constantly, he squeals, he grabs for toys, and he loves to babble and laugh with you. Here are pictures with him attacking Elmo, he does that with all of his stuffed animals. One more week and he will be five months old!

We forgot our camera, but two weeks ago we visited Uncle Jason, Aunt Betsy, and Wil in Gainesville. Gracie was so excited to get to visit "Gatorville." She came up with that on her own, it's really cute! The guys handled roof business, while Betsy and I went to the park and hung out with the kids. It was a nice relaxing weekend (except for being momentarily broke down in 32 degree temperature Friday night and the horrible Mexican food we ate in Perry).

Wyatt's first haircut by daddy!

Sunday night Wes decided to give Wyatt a little trim! I held him, Gracie entertained, Zac took the pictures, and daddy played barber. We only cut a little around his ears and in the back, so he doesn't look so shaggy.

Gracie has given up the training wheels!

Look at Gracie go! We were shocked to see that she didn't even need to practice. I get emotional when they learn how to ride a bike, it's a sure sign that they are growing up.

All is quite along the creek...

So I haven't been posting, because... well.. we've just been busy with normal life stuff. Wes's truck broke down last week and thankfully Sid was able to help us get it going again. (long story short it ended up being the radiator) I have been overwhelmed with homework from grad school on top of my other teacher duties, but God blessed me with a great intern that is really helping me out. Based on our scale our little 3 1/2 month old Wyatt is about 16 lb!! Yep, I know...and no he's not eating table food. Zac signs up for pitching machine this weekend, no more t-ball. Gracie is thinking about playing, but I think she prefers dance class. Last night I got to watch the last 5 minutes of her dance class and they had just learned a new tap dance, and Gracie did so well!! I couldn't believe she had just learned it! In the picture Zac has rescued a little frog. I keep telling everyone how laid back Wyatt is, just look at the picture he's got one hand behind his head and one foot propped up. Oh, Gracie's school is having a Family Fun Day Carnival next Friday (Feb. 6), if you'd like to buy a raffle ticket for $1 please let me know. There's at least a dozen things you can win.

Way to go Zac!!

Check out Zac's report card, it's perfect!! All A's and E's!! We are so proud.

Gracie celebrates the Gator victory!

When Gracie heard the news that the Gators were really number one she asked to wear some Gator gear (always provided by Uncle Jason and Aunt Betsy). Her bus driver said she was doing Gator cheers on the way home.
